Norm MacDonald, at right, citing pneumonia, has pulled out of his scheduled appearances this weekend at Jukebox Comedy Club.
Club owner Dan Conlin said he’s working on rebooking McDonald for another weekend and all tickets purchased will be honored for the respective show at a future date. Conlin also said customers could use their tickets for this weekend’s replacement show or get reimbursed.
Filling in for MacDonald will be the Untamed Shrews, two spunky gals whose shows are rated “very naughty.” Shows are set for 8 and 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $19 with credit cards, $18 with cash. the club is also hosting a Pro-Am Showcase at 8 p.m. Thursday. Tickets are $5. For reservations, call 673-5853 or visit JukeboxComedy.com.

Carrington, who sings about the redneck lifestyle, attained something of a cult following after becoming a regular on the “Bob and Tom” radio show. he starred alongside Toby Keith in “Beer for My Horses.” Carrington’s album, “El Nino Loco,” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s comedy chart in June.
