The Men’s Association of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital has recently expanded its role and membership base in the community and adopted a new name to reflect that change: the Men’s and Women’s Association of Lutheran General Hospital. the change will allow the nonprofit organization to sponsor more events, encourage greater participation in annual activities, such as the golf outing and fund-raising sales, expand opportunities for men and women to take on leadership roles, and increase collaborative efforts with the hospital’s development office, Service League and the Advocate Charitable Foundation. the organization’s donations have assisted Lutheran General in expanding its programs, purchasing state-of-the-art medical equipment and pursuing research and education efforts. call (847) 723-6105.
